I am in-network with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Networks and Medicare.  

If you have other insurance, my office will submit your fee as an out-of-network provider. You will not have to deal with any insurance paperwork.  In addition, I will try to keep your out-of-pocket costs as low as possible.
